When will my item be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched the same working day if placed before 3 p.m. If the order is placed after 3 p.m., it will be dispatched the next working day.
How will my items be sent?
I post all orders via First Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail 24 Tracked. To help save on postage costs and offer cheaper products, I often try my best to fit orders into a large letter-sized package. Depending on the size of your order, I may send it with the box flat-packed.
When will I receive my item?
First Class Royal Mail deliveries usually take 1 to 2 working days. If you order before 3 p.m., 90% of the time your item will arrive the next day.
Why are your items so cheap?
I started this business to help everything. I don’t see it as a way to make lots of money, but rather as a mission to provide affordable products that benefit more people and their pets.
What are your beliefs?
I believe in all religions because all religions are good and everything good is with God and His Angels. Anything not good is with the not good. I am creating a page to share my beliefs, and should be available for you to read soon.
Why did you start this website?
I wanted to help people and God Animals and Creatures so I thought of selling pet care products and aim to sell them cheaper then any other company and use the profits I make from this company to help everything I can please understand when you purchase something from me the money will only go towards doing very good thing because I am only good and only with God and his Angels helping everything I can we all love to be good

I started this business in August, and I’m grateful for the support I've received. It’s been wonderful helping people get affordable products for their pets.

Do you accept refunds?
I have never been asked for a refund as the service and products I provide are always perfect but if you feel there is an issues with you order and the service please don't hesitate to contact me and i will do my best to resolve it.
What if my item doesn’t arrive?
I make sure all items are posted with proof of postage. If you don’t receive your item, please contact me by email or phone, and I’ll resolve the issue.
